Case 1

A fourteen-year-old male suffering from diarrhea went to a local clinic. He received an abdominal ultrasound examination which showed an abnormal mass. The clinic doctor introduced to us for the further examination. Laboratory test revealed no abdominal findings except ALKP of 798 IU/L (100-340), LDH of 223 IU/L (100-200) and eosinocytes of 8.8 % (0-7).
