Case 101

 A twenty nine-year-old female was transported to an emergency hospital by ambulance because of convulsion, vomiting, headache and left hemiparesis. The degree of hemiparesis was greater in left upper extremity rather than left lower extremity. Glasgow coma scale was 15. Laboratory test revealed hemoglobin 3.6g/dL and platelets 1500,000/mm3. She agreed to examine her brain using CT and MRI.
