A seventy one-year-old male was gradually becoming inarticulate in speaking, behaving slowly and loosing appetite for several days. This morning, he fell down in the backyard and called an ambulance car. When he was transported to our hospital, no traumatic damage was found but his behavior was dull. Neurological examination revealed speech disturbance and right partial hemi-paresis. Laboratory test: WBC 7520/ mm3; CRP 0.09 mg/dl; Neutophils 77.6%; Interleukin 2 receptor 533 U/ml (145-519): LDH 460 U/ml (100-200).
