Case 112

 A forty six year-old male presented in our hospital suffering from bloody feces and left lower abdominal pain. He found constipation for several days, although he evacuated some volume of stool two days before. He had so often experienced constipation since the beginning of this year.

 He smoked 20 to 30 cigarettes per day. He had rectum-anal fistula for 15 years before his marriage. Laboratory test revealed no particularly abnormal findings except CRP 0.27 mg/dl and white blood cells 10300/mm3. He received abdomen CT for further examination.
