Case 113

 A thirty year-old female presented in our hospital to receive brain MRI with a letter including her present illness from the local clinic. It said that three before, she found floating dizziness during desk work at 5 PM, and simultaneously, she felt pulsating headache at left temporal portion and experienced visual blurring of right eye. She visited a local clinic at 6 PM and was suggested to receive brain MRI in our hospital.
