Case 114

 A ninety one-year-old female got the day service in the morning. She uttered strange voices and had difficulty of moving up and down of the right upper extremity at noon and the level of her consciousness was getting unstable in the afternoon. She was taken to a local clinic. After she got drip infusion, she came back to her house. However, her constrictive blood pressure measured at home was 260 mm/Hg. Then, she presented in our hospital with family members. Her Glasgow coma scale was E3V4M5. She could tell her name but not mention her age. She underwent Brain CT and MRI.

2. Brain hemorrhage

3. Brain tumor

4. Brain abscess

5. Metastatic brain tumor
