Case 135

 An eighty nine-year-old female presented in our hospital for abdominal intermittent pain. She got an evacuation of stool early in the morning as usual. She experienced the first abdominal pain at 8 AM. Because it occurred intermittently, she called an ambulance. There was an operative midline scar in her abdomen. Tenderness was acknowledged at the umbilical head. Laboratory test revealed BUN 27.0 mg/dL, creatinine 1.24 mg/dL, CPK 200 U/L, CK-MB 9.6 ng/dL (< 5) Amylase 95 U/L. She received abdomen radiograph and abdomen CT.
