 A sixty nine-year-old female presented in our hospital with a letter of reference from a local orthopedic clinic. It said that she suffered from painful left knee joint. She was made a diagnosis of Internal Derangement of the Knee Joint that is a general term of causing knee pain. She felt pain of her left knee when she stood up. She felt catching and clicking when her left knee was bending and extending. She received MRI for further examination (Figs 1-3).
