Case 150

 An eighty five year-old male came to our hospital with family members for his dropping from bed which caused big sounds five days before and falling down from upstairs above five steps which caused bleeding from right ear two days before. Family members asked us to examine the degree of traumatic damages of his whole body, especially brain. Then, he agreed to take brain CT (Fig. 1)
