Case 155

 A fifty one year-old male presented in our hospital with a letter of reference. It said that his chief complaint was swallowing disturbance, eating disorder, walking disturbance, dizziness, hoarseness and lowering vision. He lived with his father but they were in a state of no communication with each other. He retired his job eight years ago because his physical condition worsened, becoming the state of social withdrawal. His physical condition gradually more worsened. He had been in trouble of being unable to walk, watch, swallow and make a voice since the beginning of this year. Further, in these days, he felt appetite loss. He agreed to take examinations of brain CT and MRI (Figs. 1-7).
