Case 157

 A seventy seven year-old female presented in our hospital suffering from vomiting and progressive anemia. At the beginning of this year, she had been hospitalized for treatment of sepsis for one month in the emergent hospital. Her symptom of vomiting and anemia did not get well. Laboratory test revealed PTINR 1.25, total protein 5.4 g/dL, CRP 0.68 mg/dL, RBC 256 X 104/mm3 , WBC 7040/ mm3,Hb 7.1g/dL, Ht 28.6%. She took abdomen CT for further examination.
