 A fifty two-year-old female presented in our hospital suffering from right neck pain for a long time. There were no abdominal signs in medical check. She received neck CT and MRI for further investigation.

What is your imaging diagnosis ?

1.  Fracture of odontoid process

2.  Crowned dens syndrome

3.  Ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament

4.  Calcific tendinitis of longus colli muscle

5.  Peri-odontoid pseudotumor (alar ligament calcification)
