Case 160

 An eleven-year-old boy presented in our hospital with his mother with a reference letter from a local orthopedist, saying that his left knee radiograph showed a new bone growth at the inferior edge of the patella, suspicious of bone tumor. The physician asked us to make the imaging diagnosis using MRI whether the tumor exists or not. The boy and his mother agreed to take the knee MRI for further examination.
