Case 161

 A twenty one-year-old female presented in our hospital for left neck pain and continuous fever of around 38℃ for two weeks. She was given non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs by a physician of a local clinic, which was not effective. Neck palpation indicated the left swollen nodes at the deep and posterior neck site. Eczema was also found at the bilateral lower extremities. Laboratory test revealed that white blood cells 5420/㎣, CRP 7.46 mg/dL, LDH 202 U/L (120 - 240). She agreed to receive enhanced neck CT using contrast medium for further examination.

What is your diagnosis ?

1.  Metastatic swollen lymph-nodes

2.  Malignant Lymphoma

3.  Cervical lymph-nodes tuberculosis

4.  Subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis

5.  Bacterial lymphadenitis
