Case 165

 A fifty seven-year-old male presented in our hospital for the painful dorsal right wrist for approximately one week. When dorsal flexion, the wrist pain was increased, He had no history of trauma. Laboratory test revealed creatinine 6.72 mg/dL, eGFR 7.6
 His right wrist radiograph and MRI images were taken shown as (Fig. 1) and (Figs. 2, 3), respectively.

What is your diagnosis ?

1. Triangular fibrocartilage complex tear

2. Kienbock disease

3. Osteoarthritis of radio-lunar joint

4. Ulnar extensor muscle tendinitis

5. Ulnar flexor muscle tendinitis
