Case 169

 An eighty-year-old male presented in our hospital for the persistent diarrhea for approximately 20 days. He had previously hypertension, chronic renal disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatic fever and gout. He got eleven kinds of medicine including predonin of 5mg per day. Laboratory test revealed: white blood cells 10200/mm3 and CRP 13.36 mg/dL. He took CT for further investigation.
