Case 170

 A sixty nine-year-old female routinely came to our hospital for autoimmune hepatitis, Sjogren’s disease, Ig G related disease and chronic gastritis. She had caesarean operation under general anesthesia previously at her youth. When she received gastro-endoscopy examination for possible malignancy, it revealed swollen fold with redness and edema at the left arytenoid larynx. Histologic examination by biopsy specimen showed no evidence of malignancy. She was introduced to an otolaryngologist. The patient agreed to take neck CT for further examination.

3. Hyoid bone fracture

4. Arytenoid cartilage dislocation

5. Cuneiform cartilage fracture
