 A nine-year-old boy presented in our hospital with his mother having a reference letter from an orthopedist in the local clinic. It said that his left wrist was swollen and painful at the adjacent area of pisiform bone or trigonum bone. For further investigation, his left wrist MRI was necessary. His mother agreed for his son to receive left wrist MRI (Figs 1 to 4).

1. Triangular fibrocartilage complex injury

2. Trigonum bone injury

3. Capitate bone injury

4. Pisiform bone injury

5. Kienbock disease
