Case 178

 A forty nine-year-old male presented in our hospital for pain at bilateral temple and at the inside of eyes. He experienced the symptoms five days ago. At the same time, he experienced vomits for several times. He stayed rest at bed for twelve hours which made the pain relief at the following day. But last night, the symptoms recurred. He agreed to receive brain MRI for further investigation (Figs. 1- 4).
