Case 190
Case 1. A sixty eight-year-old female presented in our hospital for cough and exertional dyspnea from three days before with her family including her daughter and her two grandchildren. She was not a Japanese and had no health insurance eligible in Japan. Although she had never been to main China, she was afraid of infecting corona virus infection. She underwent chest CT for further examination (Figs 1A - 1D).
Case 2. A seventy seven-year-old male presented in our hospital for cough and high fever of around 38°C for three days. He had never been to main China. Laboratory test revealed CRP 12.7 mg/dL, white blood cells 5670/mm3, monocytes 11.5%, neutrocytes 70.5%, lymphocytes 17.6%. He received chest CT for further examination(Figs 2A - 2D).
