 A twelve-year-old boy presented in our hospital for backache with a reference letter. The letter said that he belonged to a sport club, and he was a basket-ball player. He felt a sharp pain in the thoracic back when moving. He visited to a local orthopedic clinic. He was advised to take thoracic MRI.
