Case 211

 A sixty five-year-old male presented in our hospital for swollen floor in his oral cavity. He was not self-aware of it. It was first indicated in the local dental clinic. The dentist diagnosed suspicious tumor from salivary gland. He was introduced to our oral surgery department. Oral cavity findings displayed elastic-hard mass palpable in the left-sided floor (Fig. 1). Outflow of salivary fluids from sublingual caruncle was not disturbed. Laboratory test revealed no evidence of abnormality. He received enhanced CT and MRI for further examination (Figs. 2-4).

1. Sublingual pleomorphic adenoma

2. Sublingual Warthin tumor

3. Sublingual muco-epidermoid carcinoma

4. Sublingual acinar cell carcinoma

5. Sublingual adenoid cystic carcinoma
