Case 22

 A forty one-year-old female came to our hospital hoping to receive medical check of brain (brain dock) using cranial MRI and MRA. Her elder sister who is two years older died of subarachnoid hemorrhage last year. Her reference doctor told her that her sister had a carotid aneurysm. She feared having her own predisposition to cause brain hemorrhage. She had no habits of smoking and drinking alcohol. Her constrictive blood pressure was 140 mm Hg.
