A sixty eight-year-old female came to our hospital suffering from the swollen upper lip. She found the swollen upper lip two months ago and the swelling and shrinkage of the upper lip repeated since then. She felt pain at the swollen upper lip yesterday and decided to take further examinations. The mass sized 25 X 20 mm was extended from the anterior gingiva of the back side of the upper lip to the middle of the oral palate. The mass had a clear margin and the surface membrane was intact, but the partial necrosis with pus in the both surfaces of the mass were found. Laboratory test revealed that white blood cells 9870/mm3, neutrophils 66.4 %, CRP 0.29 mg/dL and blood sugar 151 mg/dL. She received face radiograph and CT.
