A Case of the Week

Case 36

A sixteen year-old- boy came to our hospital for back pain. He belonged to the baseball club in the junior high school. He had preferred playing baseball in the local young-baseball team since his childhood. He initially felt back pain three months ago. The pain is generally worse with vigorous exercise or activity. His back pain worsened at the posture of extension. He continued to play baseball in the different menu of training from others. His mother took him for further investigation.
 We present lumbar radiograph (Figs.1, 2) and CT (Figs. 3-5) for this case. The marks and arrows are listed on axial images of Fig. 5.

Referring to Figs 1 to 5, which combination is correct on relations between marks & arrows and findings on axial images of Fig. 3 ?

a. Red arrow ----- Inferior articular process
