Case 45

 A thirteen-year-old boy felt painful swelling of right proximal tibia (shinbone) during running, so he consulted with an orthopedist at a local clinic. The orthopedist diagnosed the suspicious bone tumors of the bilateral shinbones based on radiographs of lower legs. He came to our hospital for further examination. He consented to undergo CT of lower extremities.

What diagnose do you make with symptoms and CT images ?

b. Fibrous dysplasia

c. Nonossifying fibroma
