Case 67

 A thirty five-year-old male had a traffic accident two weeks ago. He was driving a van that crashed to a private car. After the collision, he was transported to the emergency hospital by an ambulance car. His consciousness soon recovered and took food in the hospital on the day of the accident. Physical examination revealed paralysis of left lower extremity. Brain CT and MRI were conducted to check brain injury.
