 We present six patients suffering from inflammation at umbilicus and its surroundings, and pus from umbilicus. Their images of CT or MRI of Cases 1 to 6 are corresponded to Figs 1 to 6. They are diagnosed as urachal abscess. Urachal abnormality is categorized into four groups. Our cases belong to one category of urachal abnormality.
