Case 90

 A fifty six-year-old male presented in our hospital for the sudden onset of diplopia and ptosis of the right eye lid. It indicated suspicious Horner syndrome. Based on his symptoms and sign, our physician thought the presence of dissected carotid aneurysm. The patient agreed to receive MRI for further investigation.
