Case 98

 A fifty two-year-old male presented in our hospital suffering from abdominal pain from midnight. Abdominal findings revealed fullness of abdomen, but soft abdomen with no tenderness. Laboratory test revealed white blood cells 13140/mm³, neutrophils 76.3 %, CRP 0.08 mg/dL. Endoscope showed gastritis with atrophic and hyperplastic membrane and duodenitis. He received abdomen CT for further investigation (Figs 1 to 3).
