A Case of the Week

Case 120

A seventy six-year-old female presented in our hospital suffering from abdominal pain. She got lunch cooked with frozen Hamburg steak. As abdominal pain was persistent, she directly came to our hospital by herself. She had received partial gastrectomy with Roux-en-Y anastomosis for advanced gastric cancer (Stage III, N3) five years ago. Further, she underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection for adenoma in the residual stomach three months ago. Laboratory test revealed amylase 1791 U/L (44-132), lipase 4425 U/L (13-49) CRP 0.27 mg/dL. She agreed to take abdomen CT for further investigation.
