Case 125

 A thirty one-year-old male presented in our hospital because he experienced convulsion at night two days before. First, as he had no memory of convulsion and Japanese is not his mother language, his wife took him to the local clinic. He came from main China and could not speak Japanese well and his wife interpreted for communication. The physician advised him to get some examination in our hospital. Our neurosurgeon ordered brain MRI followed by brain CT for further examination.
