Case 148

 A sixty nine year-old female came to our hospital suffering from severe lumbago. The pain came out without specific causes. The pain emerged irrespective of her motion. She had experienced uterine cancer approximately twenty years ago, when it took five years to complete to treat with chmotherapy. Laboratory test revealed; total protein 8.2 g/dL, Albumin 3.2 g/dL, Protein fraction γ globulin 33%, Creatinine 1.85 mg/dL, eGFR 21.7 ml/min/1.73m2, CRP 2.18 mg/dL, IgA 2426 mg/dL, platelet 458000/mm3, D dimer 2.6 g/mL. She took CT and MRI for further examination (Figs.1 - 4).

What is your diagnosis?

1.  Chondrosarcoma

2.  Metastatic bone tumor

3.  Multiple myeloma (IgA)

4.  Osteoid osteoma
