A Case of the Week

Several days after, the nurse realized bloody diaper. It was difficult to communicate with her because she fell into recognition disorder. Then, we could not grasp whether she felt abdominal pain or not. Laboratory test revealed that white blood cells 24970/mm3, neutrophils 94.3%, CRP 26.57 mg/dL, blood sugar 220 mg/dL, creatinine 1.07 mg/dL, eGFR 37.
