Case 175

 Case 1. A fourteen-year-old girl presented in our hospital to receive lumbar MRI. She had felt lumbar pain for approximately one month. Her mother and she consulted with a local orthopedist. She was diagnosed as a suspicious lumbar hernia. Then, she took lumbar MRI for further examination (Figs. 1 to 5).
 Case 2. A ten-year-old boy presented in our hospital with a referring letter from a local orthopedist. It says that lumbar radiograph in a local clinic showed suspicious lumbar spondylolysis. He took MRI for confirmation (Figs. 6 to 8)
