Case 180

 A seventy six-year-old male presented in our hospital for persistent lower abdominal pain and swollen right inguinal region. Three weeks before, he experienced abdominal pain at epigastric region. Two weeks before he realized swelling at the right inguinal region as well as abdominal pain. The right swollen region was getting larger and painful, which induced him come to our hospital. Laboratory test revealed white blood cells 4930/mm3, CRP 1.96 mg/dL, neutrocytes 67%, D dimer 1.8, creatinine 1.24 mg/dL, e GFR 44.2L. He took abdomen CT for further invettigation.

1. Chronic appendicitis

2. Incarcerated omentum inguinal hernia

3. Omentum infarction

4. Femoral hernia

5. Inguinal testis
