Case 187

 A sixty seven-year-old male presented in our hospital with the referring letter from a local hospital for pancreas cyst and calcified thickness of gall bladder. He was afraid of pancreas cancer. Laboratory test revealed no abnormal findings except CEA 6.3ng/ml, white blood cells 6200 /mm3, eosinophils 11.6%. He was scheduled to receive enhanced CT using contrast medium and abdomen MRI. Abdomen CT and MRI are shown in Figs 1 to 3.

4. Solid pseudopapillary tumor
