Case 188

 A five-year-old girl presented in our hospital with her mother for cough and high fever of 37.9℃. Laboratory test revealed CRP 5.64 mg/dL, white blood cells 5390/mm3, mycoplasma antibody, positive. Chest radiograph was taken to check pneumonia (Fig. 1). When she was 6-month-old, she experienced congestion of eye-bulbar conjunctiva and high fever for a couple of weeks. Laboratory test at that time WBC 15630/mm3 and CRP 9.8 mg/dL.

1. Mediastina teratoma

2. Cardiac aneurysm

3. Coronary aneurysms

4. Diaphragmatic hernia

5. Echinococcus infection
