Case 204

 A sixty one-year-old male presented in our hospital for general fatigue and mild fever. He felt abdominal muscular pain during abdomen palpitation. Laboratory test revealed WBC 21680/mm3, CRP 14.65 mg/dL, Total bilirubin 1.64 mg/dL, ALP 461 IU/L, AST 48 IU/L, ALT 41IU/L.
He received non-enhanced and contrast-enhanced abdominal CT for further examination (Figs 1-4).

What is your diagnosis ?

1. Small bowel cancer

2. Small bowel GIST (gastrointestinal stromal tumor)

3. Peritoneal malignant lymphoma

4. Small bowel neurinoma

5. Small bowel leiomyoma
