Case 210

 A fifty seven-year-old female presented in our hospital for uncontrollable diabetes mellitus. She was diagnosed to be diabetes mellitus approximately 22 years ago. Laboratory test revealed HbA1c was approximately 7% until March this year but two months later it elevated to 11.6%. She was introduced from a local clinic for education admission to control diabetes mellitus. She smoked cigarettes 20/day and drank 240 mL of spirit, 20 degree per day.
 She gave an informed consent to take CT followed by contrast-enhanced CT (Figs 1-4), MRI (Figs 5-7) and endoscopic ultrasound.

1. Lymphocytic epithelial tumor

2. Acute pancreatitis

3. Mass-forming pancreatitis

4. Early pancreas cancer

5. Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm
