Case 214

 A twelve-year-old boy with his mother presented in our hospital for receiving injury of right elbow joint. He dropped from the top of stairs twelve days ago. His elbow was fixed with cast in the local orthopedic clinic. The orthopedist recommended him to take MRI for further investigation.
 He underwent elbow MRI (Figs 1. 2).

What is your diagnosis ?

1. Ulnar lateral ligament injury

2. Olecranon epiphysis injury

3. Humeral trochlear epiphysis injury

4. Humeral capitulum injury

5. Humeral lateral epicondyle injury
