 A forty five-year-old female presented in our hospital for further examination of hepatic tumor which was pointed out by periodic health screening with abdominal ultrasound. She received contrast-enhanced CT which depicted not only a hepatic tumor but also a sacral bone tumor (Figs 1-5).
