 A seventy three-year-old male routinely came to our hospital for urination disorder. Recently, he realized visual disturbance. Our ophthalmologist diagnosed paralysis of right abducent nerve. Then, he took an examination of brain MRI (Figs 1-3).

1. Clivus chordoma

2. Clivus giant cell tumor

3. Clivus chondrosarcoma

4. Fibrous dysplasia

5. Metastatic bone tumor
