Case 222

【Case 1】
 An eighty two-year-old male presented in our hospital for headache and neck pain. He fell down in the corridor after stretching, which stroke posterior head. Thereafter, he became to be unable to move neck around. He took neck CT for further examination. (Fig. 1).


【Case 2】
 A eighty six-year-old female presented in our hospital for dysphagia and weakness of upper extremities. Twenty days before, she mistakenly fell down from a 5m-tall cliff during picking wild vegetables. She was found to be still in a lying position and was transported by emergent helicopter to university hospital. She got neck brace there for immobilization. She took neck CT for follow-up in our hospital (Fig. 2).



【Case 3】
 An eighty two-year-old female routinely came to our hospital to obtain medicine for rheumatoid arthritis. She was diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis twenty four years ago. She experienced ptosis of left lower extremity.
She fell down and stroke her left upper body, leading multiple fractures of left distal ulna and radius, left ulna olecranon and 7th rib. Cervical MRI was additionally conducted (Fig. 3).
