 A seventy seven year-old female presented in our hospital with a referring letter from a local orthopedic clinic. It said she had a suspicious injury of right rotator cuff tear. She took right shoulder MRI for further investigation (Fig 1). She was diagnosed tears of supraspinatus rotator cuff, long head of biceps brachii tendon, short head of biceps brachii tendon, pectoralis major, humerus greater tuberculum, and humerus lesser tuberculum.
