 A sixty five-year-old male presented in our hospital suffering from opening mouth and slight pain of right masticatory muscles. Laboratory test revealed no evidence of inflammation. He agreed to take Gd-enhanced MRI and subsequently contrast-enhanced CT (Figs 1, 2).
