A Case of the 10days

 A forty five-year-old male presented in our hospital for a mass each at his bilateral foot bottoms. He realized their existence one month ago. He came to feel the left mass pain when walking from one week before. He had no pain at rest. Physical findings revealed the mass without tenderness at the bilateral plantar arch, was movable and seemed to be gradually growing. He agreed to take foot MRI (Figs 1, 2).

What is your imaging diagnosis ?

1. Plantar fibroma

2. Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans

3. Malignant lymphoma

4. Squamous cell carcinoma

5. Synovial sarcoma
