 We present a seventy four-year-old female with the feeling of salivary fluid attaching on throat. She had no respiratory symptoms such as cough, fever or sputum. She already got COVID-19 vaccination. Chest radiograph showed ground-glass opacity at the area adjacent to bilateral hilum (Fig.1). She agreed to take chest CT for further investigation (Figs.2, 3)
