Case 251

 We present a seventy five-year-old female suffering from painful swelling at left lower abdomen. Medical findings revealed pin-pong ball-sized hard induration above left pubic bone. She had previously received surgical management for right inguinal hernia. Laboratory test revealed CRP 0.80 mg/dL, white blood cells 6430/mm3, neutrophils 68.6%, lymphocytes 25.0%. She took abdomen CT and MRI for further investigation (Figs 1-6).
