Case 259

 We present a seventy four-year-old male for feeling unsteady on his feet. Laboratory test revealed AST 12U/L, ALT 7U/L, ALP 174 U/L, white blood cells 9630/mm3, CRP 0.32 mg/dL, D-dimer 2.5μg/ml. The physician ordered enhanced CT for suspicious pulmonary thrombus, vascular disease, liver disorder and cancerous lesion. Thereafter CT showed liver space occupying lesion (Fig.1), he took abdomen MRI for further examination (Figs2.3).
